Jennifer Sherburn, Production Manager/Executive Assistant
Jennifer began work with Troika Ranch in August 2007 as assistant to the executive/artistic directors. She has assisted in all aspects of general company management and worked closely with the technical director on the lighting and video design for upcoming performances. Jennifer has a BFA in Dance -Theatre from the University of Hawaii, Manoa and continues to concentrate on performing and creating new works of her own in NYC and abroad.

Peter C. von Salis, Dramaturgy
Peter is a dramaturge working in both English and German new media productions. His ongoing collaboration with the dance and media performance group Troika Ranch (loopdiver, 16[R]evolutions) established his focus on productions using new media and interactive mechanisms. Peter has had the privilege to work at such venues as 3 Legged Dog Arts & Technology Center (NYC), and the Forum New Music Theater, Stuttgart, both hubs of new technology performance. Other collaborations include the contemporary opera series of the Opera Stuttgart, with Ismael Ivo and the Dance Film Institute in Bremen. Peter studied dramaturgy in Frankfurt (Main) with Prof. Hans-Thies Lehmann and has worked as an assistant director for Simon McBurney in London and Volker Hesse in Zurich. Peter uses dramaturgy to draw out the artists intention through analysis and performance conception. Current projects in Berlin and New York include Alchemy of Light at HERE Arts Center with director Ruth Sergel.

David Tirosh, Technical Director/Lighting Designer
David was most recently the Director of Production and Logistics for the 3LD Art and Technology Center in NYC. Originally from Israel he is a founding member of WAX (Williamsburg Art Nexus) where he designed and constructed a professional theater space out of a former garage. He assisted with the lighting design for Troika Ranch’s work 16 [R]evolutions, where he honed his skills with integrating video projections with theatrical lighting.

Colin Kilian, Set Design
Colin Kilian is a visual artist and designer. He works with drawing, painting and sculpture as well as visual and technical design for theater and other commercial applications. He runs the design company 'Orange Studio' which he founded in 2007 in order to pursue his desire to collaborate with other artists from different disciplines. www.orangeorangeorange.com

Morgan Cloud, Performer

Morgan Cloud, born and raised in Volcano, Hawai'i, has been dancing since the age of five, where he debuted as the Menehune King in Earnest Morgan's Hawaiian Nutcracker. He has more recently been located in London, England, where he has performed with the Rosie Kay Dance Company as well as Made by Katie Green. He received his Masters in Contemporary Dance from the London Contemporary Dance School, also known as The Place, performing works by Steven Petronio, Stacy Spence, Charlotte Boye-Christensen, and Frauke Requardt in their postgraduate company, EDge. Morgan is a Scholar of the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation, and received his BFA magna cum laude from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa. Morgan joined Troika Ranch in August 2009.


Jennifer Kovacevich, Performer
Jen "JJ" Kovacevich, a Maryland native, is an interdisciplinary performance artist currently residing in New York City. She received her BA with Honors in Dance from the George Washington University, where she also studied vocal performance, theatre, and electronic composition. She has studied with and performed the works of artists such as Anthony Gongora, Jennifer Nugent and Paul Matteson, and Juliette Mapp, and studied music under Millicent Scarlett and Steve Hilmy.  She has worked with Maida Withers Dance Construction Company, KDNY Dance, Daniel Clifton, and Cadence Dubus, among others.  Her own dance-theatre and electronic music creations have been commissioned and presented in the Mid-Atlantic region, and she is presently pursuing her certification as a vinyasa yoga teacher. She joined Troika Ranch in April 2007.

Johanna Levy, Performer
Originally from France, Johanna was trained at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Lyon and Rudra, the school of Maurice Béjart in Switzerland. She then did a BA and an MA in Performance Art in Paris where she was awarded with the highest honors. While living in London Johanna performed with Joumana Mourad, Jason Hird, Lucy Suggate amongst others. After collaborating with the artist Charlotte Eatock on the production of a short movie, their work “Kate Lunn” was short listed in the Jerwood Moving Image Award and showed at The London International Dance Film Festival. Johanna, based now in Paris, has worked on various projects such as “Viola Tango Rock Concerto” performed in the Czech Republic. She still performs in New York and the UK with artists such as Ruth Sergel and Troika Ranch. Johanna is also a choreographer for her new company in France: Ten, and premiered her first work "Hotel Mind" after an artist residency at La Ferme du Buisson. She joined Troika Ranch in June 2005.

Travis Steele Sisk, Peformer
Travis was exiled from West Virginia in 2001. He then began his dance training at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. While there he studied under guest artists such as Tere O'Connor, David Dorfman, and Monica Bill Barnes. In 2006 he attended American Dance Festival under a full scholarship and while there he studied with Anouk Van Dijk, and Keith Thompson. He has performed in the works of Mariga Maggipinto, Scott Putman, and Ligia Lewis. He joined Troika Ranch in August 2008

Lucia Tong, Performer
Lucia, originally from Hong Kong, was introduced to modern dance while earning her B.Sc. in Environmental Science at the University of California-Berkeley. Having studied Chinese dance from an early age, she continued her training as a member of the Hong Kong National Rhythmic Gymnastics Team. Currently based in London, Lucia has performed with the Bay Area Repertory Dance Company, Wood Dance, the Joe Good Performance Group, Greensco and Protein Dance amongst others. She joined Troika Ranch in June 2005.
